Film scanning with a Micro Four Thirds camera
I use an Olympus E-M1X + 60mm f2.8 Macro lens for slide scanning. Here is a 6x6 sample. (pixel shift, 50mp shots) (around 30mp after cropping)

You can get very good results, easily outperformed most 35mm camera.

With 645 format, you will get even better results. Because they have the same ratio.
If you're only shooting color reversal, M43 is currently the best option available. (When price is also a consideration? M43 is always the best choice!)
As long as you keep a few points in mind:
- Check flatness in the film holder and take great care to align the film plane with the plane of focus
- For best resolution, shot at f5.6 or f4. (ISO as low as possible)
- Enjoy how much detail can be extracted from film in any format.
